Scale up Plenti has changed the approach to purchasing electronic equipment by offering a subscription model. Users across Poland can rent the most modern electronic devices for periods ranging from one week to 12 months, rather than traditional purchases. On the other hand, Plenti provides a way for entrepreneurs to profit from electronics by offering the opportunity to rent out equipment, thus enabling them to achieve high returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally at Plenti to create and implement a cohesive product vision.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with external entities to ensure that our product meets customer expectations and market trends.
  • Enhance our current business metrics - striving to better measure the return on product development investments.

In the area of product development vision:

  • Revise the product roadmap by selecting, refining, or expanding it in line with customer expectations and a focus on maximizing value.
  • Implement the product roadmap alongside the team, aligned with set business objectives.
  • Ensure that implemented features are in line with the Companys financial goals.
  • Ensure that the products being launched are scalable and visible among target groups.

In the area of leadership and team management:

  • Take charge of the product, design, and tech teams.
  • Build the team and focus on the development of team members.

Must-have:

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing a product roadmap for a B2C product, ideally in e-commerce or a marketplace.
  • Proven experience in managing product, design, or tech teams within a rapidly growing company.
  • Ability to think and act quickly - seeking individuals who can identify the 20% that makes 80% of the difference.
  • Knowledge or experience working with technological products, understanding the cause-and-effect relationships in technology-related decision-making.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to measure results, calibrate metrics to suit the business model, and implement changes based on metric interpretations.
  • Skills in building relationships and influencing others, as not all ideas from the team can be implemented.
  • High proficiency in best practices and knowledge in product development.
  • Fluency in English - as our business partners often come from outside Poland.

Preferred:

  • Experience in automating the CX process using AI / ML tools.
