ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Job description:
- Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end digital platform strategy, aligning with loyalty, CRM, analytics, trading, marketing, and retail priorities. Set long-term direction for web, app, CMS, and catalogue platforms to ensure scalability, unified experiences, and standardized processes across all markets.
- Operational Leadership (BAU): Oversee daily platform performance, uptime, release cadence, and catalogue accuracy while driving operational discipline through SLAs, QA frameworks, and governance. Continuously optimize CMS workflows and content speed-to-market for efficiency and reliability.
- Delivery & Transformation: Lead cross-functional squads across mobile, web, catalogue, and integrations, ensuring effective planning and dependency management with loyalty, data, and CRM teams. Oversee integration of loyalty features, couponing engines, CRM triggers, and personalization modules across platforms.
- Architecture, Standards & Governance: Embed standards for product data, UX, accessibility, compliance, and data protection across all markets. Govern change through release communication, deployment guidance, training, and documentation while maintaining architecture requirements and performance KPIs.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Forecast platform capacity and budget needs to support scalable growth. Oversee vendor performance and contractual commitments across partners while controlling spending and ensuring strong commercial discipline.

WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Education & Certificates: Masters/Bachelors in Digital Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred but not essential. Certifications in Product Management, Agile/Scrum, or GA4 are advantageous.
- Product & Platform Leadership: Proven leadership across mobile, web, CMS, and digital ecosystems, translating business needs into technical plans. Experienced in directing large, multi-disciplinary product teams and digital squads.
- Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of digital architecture, catalogue/PIM structures, and content pipelines. Skilled in leading platform launches and re-platforming across multiple European markets.
- Programme & Delivery Excellence: Expertise in managing cross-functional programmes spanning loyalty, CRM, marketing, and operations. Governance-focused with experience in SLAs, QA, testing, release management, compliance, and vendor oversight.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to build and scale teams in UX, content, and product delivery while aligning senior stakeholders. High operational discipline with a proactive approach to risk, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Language Skills: Polish & English is a must
