We are Tooploox, an AI software development company offering custom AI solutions and services. We help innovative companies and startups design and build digital products with generative AI, mobile, and web technologies.

Our team, consisting of nearly 200 experts including our R&D team of over 40 engineers, many with PhDs, has pioneered AI solutions across industries like healthcare, fashion, and e-commerce. We’ve published over 15 research papers in top conferences like NeurIPS and ICML.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Head of People to play a key strategic role in shaping the future of Tooploox. As a trusted partner and member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing people strategies that support our unique culture and ambitious growth plans.

At Tooploox, you have the flexibility to choose your working hours and location. While we value remote work, we also believe in building relationships and invite you to join us in our Wrocław office.   • You bring solid, hands-on experience in leading HR functions, with a proven track record of building and scaling people strategies within a  fast-growing tech or product organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and execute people strategies that directly impact business growth.
  • Strong background in building and scaling modern talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits systems that support motivation, fairness, and market competitiveness.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing People and Talent teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of modern HR practices, labor law, and data-driven decision-making.
  • A collaborative, empathetic, and forward-thinking leadership approach.
  • International experience, ideally working in diverse, cross-cultural environments.

  • Background in core HR operations, including payroll, legal compliance, and labor law.
  • Experience working in organizations with flexible, self-managed teams or decentralized structures that empower autonomy and collaboration.
