PRODUCTS?
All of our products are built in-house and are strictly related to sport. We are serving our customers with in-play live visualizations, as well as sports statistics widgets and raw data provided by our SportsAPI. All the features are created by using new technologies and the best practices around the process of software development.
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON THE TEAM?
We are looking for an experienced leader in the area of human resources and payroll who, with a business-minded and proactive approach, will be responsible for the proper management of these processes and their continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can work well in a team and create a friendly working environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the proper handling of the Companys HR and payroll matters,
- Checking the correctness of HR documentation and processes related to the conclusion and termination of contracts and changes in working conditions (employment contracts and civil law contracts, employment of foreigners),
- Monitoring changes in labor, social security, and tax laws, and continuous training,
- Implementing changes in the organization and updating internal regulations in accordance with changing laws or the Companys needs,
- Supporting managers and providing information on personnel administration,
- Continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes (including the use of AI tools),
- Supervising reporting to external institutions (ZUS, US, PFRON, GUS, PPK) and representing the company during inspections,
- Cooperating with internal units and external institutions,
- Team management, including: work planning, supervision of task implementation, competence development, maintaining engagement, conducting individual periodic meetings with team members,
- Preparing reports and presentations of results according to the Companys internal needs.
Our Expectations
- Higher education in a relevant field (HR, economics, or related),
- At least 7 years of experience in HR and payroll,
- At least 3 years of experience in team management,
- English language skills sufficient for fluent professional communication,
- High level of empathy, developed leadership and communication skills, and excellent manners,
- Expert knowledge of labor law, social security and health insurance regulations, as well as the PDOF and benefit laws, knowledge of regulations and the application of personal data protection rules (GDPR),
- Experience in implementing new work tools,
- Openness to implementing changes and initiatives, and proactivity,
- Responsibility in working with confidential information,
- Ability to think analytically, draw conclusions, and focus on details and high quality of work.
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence project management tools,
- Knowledge of Optima Comarch software,
- Experience in human resources and payroll in an IT company,
- Experience in a company employing over 500 people,
- Willingness to develop skills in the field of AI.
