Head of Marketing, Digitalization and Innovation - rekrutacja online

On behalf of one of the largest CEE suppliers of metalworking machine tools and technologies from global manufacturers, we are looking for candidates for the position of Head of Marketing, Digitalization and Innovation.

Location: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

1. Managing the multi-team department supporting the sale of modern CNC equipment
2. Co-creation and participation in the implementation of the omnichannel sales strategy
3. Sales development in the e-commerce channel
4. Supporting the origination of revenue from cross-selling activities
5. Implementation of digital transformation goals
6. Close cooperation with key industrial clients
7. Conduction of promotional campaigns in collaboration with sales departments
8. Participation in the development and implementation of new products
9. Monitoring and analysis of the market and competition activities
10. Analysis and reporting of the marketing and department data to the Management Board
11. Participation in strategic planning

Key Requirements:

1. Strong experience in managing a marketing team in a technology industry, preferably in the sales of machines and tools
2. Experience in building and implementing an omnichannel sales strategy
3. Experience in e-commerce
4. Experience in activating and assisting industrial clients
5. Business approach to the role of marketing in the company
6. High orientation on building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients
7. Strong focus on cooperation, development, and motivation of employees
8. Proactivity and ability to create innovative solutions
9. Very good knowledge of English
