RedStone is a quickly growing blockchain startup, building a new generation of Oracles which is a service bringing real-world data to blockchain-based protocols. The product launched in January 2023 and today our clients include some of the biggest names in the crypto space such as Pendle, Morpho, EtherFi, Ethena, Renzo, Venus, Frax and many more. Protocols chose us over some of the competitors because of our robust product that answers clients needs.

Joining RedStone means working day-to-day with the best teams in the web3 space. Besides the ones mentioned above, you will be working with DeFi Protocols (including Silo, Sommelier, Balancer); token Issuers in need of an Oracle price feed (such as Puffer, Swell, Reserve); L1s&L2s (such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Mantle, BNB Chain) and many others.

The company is backed by some of the best Venture Capital funds in the space, including Blockchain Capital, Distributed Global, Lemniscap or Coinbase Ventures as well as world-renowned Angels such as Stani Kulechov (Founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (Co-Founder Polygon), Emin Gün Sirer (Co-Founder Avalanche), Alex Gluchovski (Co-Founder zkSync) and others.

We are well funded, already established our position on the market, now scaling the team to become the number one cross-chain Oracle protocol in the blockchain ecosystem.

The team

We are a result-oriented team of 17 top-class players with experience in both traditional Software companies (like Google) and Blockchain projects (like Open Zeppelin).

The Tech Team consists of prime engineers with 8+ years of experience each in blockchain and high-throughput distributed systems. Senior Developers at RedStone include PhDs in Computer Science, Cryptography and Mathematics.

Our Go-To-Market team is small and nimble - we intend to keep it that way. Because of that, everybody gets a lot of responsibility and a strong influence on our overall expansion strategy.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Brand Wizard, able to convey the quality of the tech, security, integrity and other values we are driven by in our B2B relationships into Brand Voice targeted for retail audiences. You will have a strong influence on our strategy and will be playing a key role in the team and closely working with our Product Marketing Head.

You will be managing our Marketing end to end with a particular focus on building the right narrative for our token launch and beyond. You will be our chief storyteller, managing our resources to ensure our brand message is properly communicated throughout the Web3 space and beyond.

What You’ll Do

TLDR You will lead our marketing efforts, closely cooperating with our Product Marketing, as well as Technical and Business Development teams.

  • Creating and executing marketing & brand awareness campaigns for RedStone using multiple channels including Twitter, Discord and Telegram;
  • Creating a content strategy for our Twitter, Blog Posts and other communication channels;Taking care of the Brand Voice and ensuring its coherent across all our communication channels;
  • Closely collaborating with the Business Development team on amplifying our business efforts;Spearheading educational and community initiatives to increase the number of RedStone’s users and network participants;
  • Developing and implementing creative activities, methodologies and processes to drive overall ecosystem growth, such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces and Podcasts;Developing and executing community onboarding and retention programs, and other community-building activities;
  • Organizing online and offline events and other activities involving ecosystem participation;
  • In general, building a thriving ecosystem around RedStone;

Skills You’ll Need:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role;
  • Proven track record of driving successful Web3 Brands, the more technical, the better;
  • Experience with preparing narrative and path towards a token launch;
  • Extensive experience with Content Marketing and running Social Media campaigns;
  • Leadership abilities and a self-starter attitude, with proven experience managing projects and/or other planning-related duties;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate efforts and operations between many stakeholders;
  • Strong team management skills - you will initially manage a team of 3 people and then be hands-on with further team expansion;
  • A strong existing network within the Web3 space;
  • Interest in Web3 & DeFi and a willingness to broaden and deepen blockchain ecosystem understanding;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English skills. (C2 or Native);

Nice to haves

  • Highly analytical approach with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Understanding of graphic design applications & Intermediate Excel abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
