We’re hiring a founding Head of Marketing to start as a team of one and lead awareness and acquisition end to end.

What you’ll do
- Define positioning and messaging with the founders
- Help refine product‑market fit and validate the business model
- Set the marketing strategy and execute it hands‑on from day one
- Build and lead the marketing team as we scale
- Define, track, and report on KPIs
- Partner across growth (activation, retention, referrals, revenue)
You have
- 2+ years in global SaaS (preferably B2B). Early‑stage experience is a plus.
- 1+ years in a marketing leadership role
- T‑shaped skill set with expertise in SEO, content and performance marketing
- Product marketing experience in translating features into clear value propositions
- Proven track record of driving awareness and acquisition
- Experience working cross‑functionally. Hiring and leading marketers is a plus.
- Hands‑on proficiency with modern marketing tools and analytics
- Awareness of brand strategy and its role in SaaS
- English C1 and Polish C1
