Overview
- Position: Head of Marketing
- Seniority: Senior leadership (minimum 4 years of experience in b2b SaaS marketing, including team management)
- Scope: Oversee marketing strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and business growth initiatives.
- Ideal candidate: Proven marketing leader with deep experience in B2B business, demand generation, inbound and outbound strategies, funnel and product optimization, pricing, and team leadership. You are focused on SALs and as comfortable with strategy as you are with execution.
At Livespace, marketing is the engine of our growth – strategic, data-driven, and closely aligned with Sales and Product. We’re not looking for a traditional marketer; we need a full-funnel growth architect who is experienced in scaling up in CEE.
Who You Are
- Proven B2B expertise: Deep understanding of B2B customer journeys and metrics like SAL, MQL AC, ACV, LTV, MRR. Nice to have: exposure to the SMB segment.
- Demand Gen Guru: Skilled in designing and running inbound and outbound programmes (paid media, ABM, content syndication, SEO, partnerships, events, webinars).
- Full-Funnel Thinker: Master at optimizing TOFU, MOFU, BOFU stages, from first touch to revenue.
- Data-Driven Leader: Confident in using data to drive decisions, proficient in using Looker/GA4/HubSpot/Excel for KPIs and dashboards.
- Outbound Mindset: Knows how to structure outbound marketing tactics, and combine them with inbound strategies for maximum pipeline impact.
- Product Marketer at Heart: Understands positioning, messaging, and how to collaborate with Product on pricing, feature launches, and PLG strategies.
- Revenue Focused: Obsessed with marketing’s contribution to pipeline, SQLs, and closed-won deals. A true partner for the Sales team.
- Experienced Team Leader: Has led and coached high-performing marketing teams (minimum 3–5 people), including Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing.
- CEE Operator: Experienced in building local presence in CEE markets.
- Hands-on Marketer: While being strategic, also willing to "roll up sleeves" and operationally drive key initiatives.
- MarTech Enthusiast: Hungry for latest marketing technology and tools to facilitate growth.
- Fluent in English.
- Loves SaaS scale-ups: Experience in scale-up environments (35–200 FTE) is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the full marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business and revenue goals.
- Oversee and optimize the demand generation engine (inbound & outbound) to increase pipeline velocity.
- Implement metrics-driven marketing, focusing on MQL→SQL conversion, ACV uplift, and net revenue retention.
- Lead and develop a team of specialists across PPC, SEO, Content, Events, Product Marketing.
- Collaborate tightly with Sales (especially SDR team) on lead scoring, pipeline stages, and outbound messaging.
- Work closely with Product and Leadership on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and feature releases.
- Own marketing budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Innovate and experiment with new growth tactics: podcasts, partnership-led growth, events, field marketing.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, freelancers.
- Support pricing optimization initiatives and contribute to product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Track and report KPIs to the Leadership Team (CEO, CRO, Head of Sales).
- Foster a culture of experimentation, iteration, and growth across the marketing function.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing roles.
- Solid track record in scaling demand generation programs internationally.
- Strong grasp of sales-marketing alignment best practices.
- Deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing metrics.
- Prior experience owning the marketing funnel from lead gen through expansion.
- Proven team management experience (3+ direct reports).
- Analytical and ROI-oriented.
- Strategic mindset combined with a "hands-on" execution style.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing organizations.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with product-led growth strategies.
- Familiarity with RevOps and advanced funnel modeling.
- Global experience across CEE region.
- Previous collaboration with SDR teams or direct management of BDR/ SDR programs.
