What you’ll be doing
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our agencys brand, boost visibility, and acquire new clients, focusing on expanding our market presence.
- Lead and inspire our talented team of marketing professionals, offering strategic guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment to deliver exceptional campaigns.
- Utilize market insights and analytics to optimize our campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and exceptional ROI.
- Direct the creation of compelling, brand-consistent content across platforms that align with our agencys values and resonate with our audience.
- Foster seamless collaborations among teams, ensuring our marketing strategies align with our business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous campaign enhancement and agency success.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Experience working in an agency environment would be a huge plus.
- Preferably, a strong background in Marketing agency roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
