Key responsibilities
- Implement and execute marketing initiatives in line with short‑ and long‑term strategy
- Manage a team of marketing professionals
- Coordinate cross‑regional and cross‑functional marketing projects in EMEA and the US
- Manage the company’s presence at international events and organise company‑hosted events in global markets, including marketing material preparation
- Oversee collaboration with subcontractors, partners, and external agencies on various marketing projects
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts in cooperation with external agencies
- Lead ABM team activities
- Support content creation (case studies, articles, reports, industry commentary, blog & LinkedIn posts, etc.)
- Supervise project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Analyse marketing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Support leadership in personal branding efforts with global and local PR agencies
- Maintain close collaboration with local sales leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing or communication, and 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience in leading international marketing projects
- Strong working knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and execution
- Practical experience in event organisation (both internal and external)
- Understanding of the latest trends in Content Marketing, Social Media, Event Marketing, and AI
- Hands‑on experience in Social Media management, SEM, Web Analytics (Google Analytics 4), and e‑mail marketing tools
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (bonus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Strong project management skills (familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or PM tools like Asana, Monday, Jira is a plus)
- Experience in collaborating with external agencies (PR, digital, event agencies)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to optimise marketing activities based on data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management
- Proficiency in social media and branded content creation
