Responsibilities:

1. Managing 10 laboratories (approximately 400 employees) and coordinating their daily operations.
2. Implementing new research initiatives and technologies while optimizing operational processes.
3. Taking full responsibility for the financial performance of the laboratories (P&L), including budget and sales targets.
4. Ensuring compliance with quality standards (PCA, GMP, ISO 17025) as well as health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
5. Developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring timely execution of assignments.

Requirements:

1. University degree in chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in team management and familiarity with quality systems (ISO 17025).
3. Expertise in the food sector and the ability to make strategic business decisions.
4. Strong planning skills, business acumen, and a high level of determination in achieving goals.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a communicative level of English proficiency.
