Leading a team of project managers working directly within Clients to deliver agreed projects within the scope, time and budget.
Acting as the escalation point for all the issues related with delivery process.
Supporting the team to understand business values and how to translate them into development plans.
Managing the team to assure proper coordination of multiple internal teams in order to deliver a product (Design, Development, Analysis, QA)
Foreseeing the risks in projects run by the company and flagging them to the senior management team and/or to the Board.
Overseeing the proper cooperation with sales team in order to meet contractual obligation for the Clients.
Assuring timely and accurate projects delivery for Clients.
Working on continuous improvement of existing processes.
requirements-expected :
5-6 years of experience as a project manager in Agile IT projects (web & software development) or as a subcontractor for corporate clients (preferably in financial sector)
At least 2 year of experience leading a team of project managers
Knowledge of project management tools such as redmine, jira
Very good command of English (C1/C2)
Great planning skills with a strong focus on detail
Ability to prioritize tasks according to business decisions
Data-driven approach towards project execution
Technical knowledge and understanding of development process
