Collaborate closely with other IT leaders, such as the Head of Security and the CTO, to align infrastructure operations with business objectives.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, implementing cutting-edge solutions where applicable.
Oversee vendor management, including negotiations, service level agreements, and performance monitoring.
Develop and manage the infrastructure departments budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource optimization.
