Job Description

Branch Setup and Leadership

• Oversee the establishment of a new IT hub, including facilities, infrastructure, and resource onboarding.
• Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate standards.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring efficient delivery of projects and services.
• Optimize workflows and implement global best practices to drive scalability and performance.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project objectives.

• Develop and implement long-term strategies to support business growth and innovation.
• Act as a key liaison between the local branch and global IT leadership, ensuring seamless communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Compliance, for smooth integration.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships to ensure cost-effective and value-driven solutions.

• Track and report branch performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed operational and financial reports for senior leadership.
