Your responsibilities as the Head of IT Centre of Excellence will include:
Defining Strategy:
Shaping the strategic direction for the IT Function by setting long-term strategic goals in cooperation with Group and Business Unit stakeholders.
Leading the delivery of services in various disciplines (IT Infrastructure, Security, Change Data Engineering, DevOps, Salesforce, Digital Mobile, SaaS).
Actively building network with focus on building strong relationship with stakeholders in order to propose the best directions and solutions.
Delivering services of the best quality and in agreed timelines, monitoring progress and planning corrective actions when required.
Growing our IT CoE function in existing and new areas to create resilient team in sustainable way.
Keeping track of IT job market and the latest technological trends and their benefits to the organization, analysing market reports, industry researches.
Team Management:
Leading teams including senior managers (team performance, motivating staff, performance evaluations, training and development programs).
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract the best IT talent.
Promoting organizational values, work culture and career development opportunities, creating a strong employer brand.
Project Delivery Accountability:
Planning, coordinating and executing projects with the Centre of Excellence monitoring project progress and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Developing and implementing standards, methodologies and best practices in IT, innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitoring market trends and competitors to ensure the Centre of Excellence remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Budget Management:
Developing and managing IT CoE budget, incl. cost control and expenditure optimization, enabling CoE to achieve their cost and process target.
Communication and Reporting:
Regularly communicating with stakeholders about CoE progress, achievements, and challenges - preparing reports and presentations for senior management summarizing the CoEs impact and results.
Leading stakeholders’ communication plan realisation (to maintain the plan and schedule for own activities but also other team members) - writing compelling stories and designing learning pathways to bring ASEC awareness to life in the Group in an engaging and meaningful way.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant leadership experience including building sustainable and resilient large IT teams, with shown success in leading people as well as owning implementation of organisational strategy
Experience working in a Centre of Excellence or similar structures (SSC/GBS/BPO), understanding their specifics and requirements.
Experience in working in an international environment and leading geographically dispersed teams.
Stakeholder and change management skills, ability to effectively introduce and lead changes, and guiding teams in adapting to new technologies and processes.
Understanding of business processes and modern IT technologies, with the ability to convey technical and business information.
Project and risk management skills.
