Job Description:

The Key Responsibilities:

• Creation from scratch and development of a new branch in the company
• Organizing activities in the field of international and domestic freight forwarding with the implementation of procedures
• Managing a team and taking care of its constant development, coordinating work
• Conducting market analysis taking into account the actions of competitors
• Monitoring transport documentation
• Reporting, implementing and supervising implemented projects

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of International Freight Forwarder and Leader
• Experience in team management
• Good knowledge of English language (B1+)
• Easiness in contacts with others :)
• Knowledge of procedures in the field of international transport
• Willingness to develop and quick reaction to the situation of changing transport market
• Ability to set and prioritize tasks (you will be performing many tasks in limited time)
