Head of Innovation & Optimalization (AI)

What else sets us apart? G2A.COM is a place co-created by a team of around 400 exceptional experts representing 10 nationalities. Most of us work in a hybrid model, some remotely, or on-site in a chosen location. Our R&D center is in Rzeszow, we also have offices in Warsaw and Krakow. The companys main headquarters are in Hong Kong, with the central office in Amsterdam.

We’re looking for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with a passion for technological innovation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving optimization and efficiency across key processes, as well as enhancing user experiences through AI solutions.

You’re a perfect match for the role, if:

• You have experience in the e-commerce industry, enabling you to effectively raise standards and scale the business
• You have at least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role in AI/digital transformation
• You can combine business and technology perspectives and have demonstrated the effectiveness of your implementations
• You can showcase projects that have had a real impact on process optimization and efficiency improvement within an organization
• Youre future-oriented, spotting opportunities to improve processes through modern technologies, and have a proven track record in this area
• You combine strategic vision with the ability to turn ideas into actionable implementations
• You have practical knowledge of AI and Machine Learning tools
• You have experience managing teams and can engage others in collaborative innovation efforts
• Your English proficiency is at least B2, enabling smooth communication in both written and spoken form
• Youre able to inspire, support, and develop talent within your team
• You can set strategic directions and make data-driven decisions
• You can quickly identify barriers and implement effective solutions

Your responsibilities:

• Optimizing and increasing the efficiency of key processes using AI tools
• Defining and implementing an AI strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
• Designing and overseeing the development of AI solutions aimed at improving performance, reducing costs, and enhancing process quality
• Collaborating with leaders across departments (operations, sales, marketing, IT, customer service) to understand business needs and priorities
• Managing a team that will support you in driving optimization initiatives
• Monitoring market trends and emerging AI technologies, and recommending their application within the company
• Establishing KPIs for AI initiatives and reporting on business outcomes
• Implementing policies for the ethical use of AI and responsible data management
