Head of Influencer Marketing

The team is looking for Head of Influencer Marketing — building the strategy from scratch and working with influencers and ambassadors across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global influencer marketing strategy.
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of creators across sports, crypto, tech and iGaming verticals.
  • Lead scouting, negotiations and contracts with creators, talents and agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring clear messaging, compliance and quality output.
  • Oversee performance tracking, including FTD impact, engagement, reach, cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Coordinate global ambassador programs and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop scalable influencer frameworks for regions and ensure consistent execution quality.
  • Guide content direction to match brand standards, product priorities and market needs.
  • Align plans with Marketing, Brand, Sponsorship, VIP and Product teams across regions.
  • Manage influencer budgets and control spend efficiency.
  • Establish structured processes for planning, reporting and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor creator trends, platform changes and competitive activity to adjust strategy.

Skills

  • Experience in influencer brand marketing within competitive industries (iGaming, fintech, crypto, entertainment or sports).
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across global markets.
  • Ability to manage multi-market campaigns and lead complex execution end-to-end.
  • Proven track record of delivering influencer programs tied to measurable business results.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort working with agencies, talent managers and creators.
  • Established network of agencies, talent managers and creators across key markets.
  • Ability to work with AI-driven processes for scouting, content analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with influencer and performance tools (CreatorIQ, Traackr, HypeAuditor, Appsflyer, GA, Tableau or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across teams and time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with high expectations.
