About Our Client
Our client is an international production company located in the Łódzkie region.
Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talents.
- Support management staff in HR management, remuneration policy, employee development, and building succession plans.
- Local recruitment for both white and blue-collar positions, including cooperation with temporary workers.
- Lead external training for the entire company, employer branding, and internal communication.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Prepare the annual labor budget and manage company fleet topics.
- Manage the team and report to Group HR.
- Full responsibility for HR & Payroll.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in human resource management.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Manager/Director in a manufacturing company (preferred over 350 employees).
- Experience in successful implementation and running of recognized process improvements.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization and maintain efficient and productive relationships.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of the company and group.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Native Polish language speaker and fluent in English.
- Highly energetic and results-driven.
