Our client is an international production company located in the Łódzkie region.

Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talents.
2. Support management staff in HR management, remuneration policy, employee development, and building succession plans.
3. Local recruitment for both white and blue-collar positions, including cooperation with temporary workers.
4. Lead external training for the entire company, employer branding, and internal communication.
5. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
6. Prepare the annual labor budget and manage company fleet topics.
7. Manage the team and report to Group HR.
8. Full responsibility for HR & Payroll.

The Successful Applicant

1. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in human resource management.
2. Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Manager/Director in a manufacturing company (preferred over 350 employees).
3. Experience in successful implementation and running of recognized process improvements.
4. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization and maintain efficient and productive relationships.
5. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of the company and group.
6. Experience working in an international environment.
7. Native Polish language speaker and fluent in English.
8. Highly energetic and results-driven.
