Opis stanowiska
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain and develop top talents.
Support for management staff in the field of HR management, remuneration policy, employee development, building succession plans.
Local recruitment both white and blue collars including cooperation with temporary workers.
Lead external trainings for entire company, employer branding and internal communication.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Preparing annual labour budget and lead company fleet topics.
Team Management and reporting to Group HR.
Full-round responsible for HR & Payroll.
Profil kandydata
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in human resource management.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Manager / Director in a manufacturing company (preferred over 350 employees).
Experience in successful implementation and running of recognized process improvements.
Proven leadership experience. Ability to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization, and maintain efficient and productive relationships.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of the company and group.
Experience in working in an international environment.
Native Polish language speaker and fluent in English.
Highly energetic and results driven.
