Responsibilities
- Own the SDR playbook: ICP/persona definitions, value propositions for platform, sportsbook, casino, payments, BI/CRM; create messaging matrix and objection handling frameworks.
- Set territory and event strategies: develop target lists, tiering, pre‑booking goals for shows and regions; coordinate with Marketing campaigns and Sales coverage.
- Manage daily and weekly SDR operations: conduct stand‑ups, 1:1 meetings, call coaching, live email reviews, and QA of discovery notes.
- Forecast and report pipeline: track activity, meetings, SQLs, and pipeline; build dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Own the tooling stack: Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha, Clearbit, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, Reply, Instantly, Hunter, Snov, Clay, PhantomBuster; ensure data quality with Research/Sales Ops.
- Design A/B tests, sequence experiments, and event‑specific cadences; institutionalize learnings.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs; create career paths and performance rubrics.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR/consent and brand tone; coordinate with Legal/Compliance.
- Partner with Product and Marketing for market signals, competitive intelligence, and content gaps.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in outbound growth/SDR roles with 1–2 years leading a pod or small team.
- B2B enterprise or iGaming/SaaS experience; familiarity with operators’ needs (latency, margin, risk/BI, localization, payments).
- CRM mastery (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho): workflows, automation, reporting.
- Deep hands‑on experience with contact discovery and automation tools; ability to design scalable processes.
- Strong coaching and communication skills; analytical and process‑driven; event‑led pipeline experience.
