What You Will Do:
- Design and execute a high-impact B2B growth marketing strategy aligned with Billennium’s business priorities.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team (events, content, performance, ABM, PR).
- Partner closely with Sales and Delivery to develop tailored marketing initiatives for upselling, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing and Demand Generation programs to drive pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
- Oversee marketing automation and digital performance initiatives (HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua or similar).
- Elevate Billennium’s brand presence through thought leadership, industry events, and PR campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (pipeline contribution, MQLs, CAC, ROI) to the executive team.
- Drive organizational change — building scalable, agile marketing processes in a transforming, fast-moving environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing within IT / Technology, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Head/Director level).
- Proven expertise in Demand Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — minimum several years of hands-on experience in these areas.
- Strong experience in sales-driven marketing supporting upselling, managed services, and staff augmentation.
- Sales experience or a strong commercial mindset will be highly valued.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and budget management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and transformation in marketing organizations.
- Agile, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
