Head of Growth Marketing – Common Thread Collective

Our mission is to deliver value and service at a price that makes a difference for clients under $15M in revenue. We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Head of Growth Marketing to join the team.

As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will help craft data-driven forecasts and execute strategies that push clients toward their goals. You will contribute to the core values of CTC Global and support the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and media acquisition fundamentals. You will also foster strong client relationships by clearly communicating steps taken and how results compare to projections, building trust and guiding long-term growth planning.

You will be a representative and advocate for CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools. You will be held to a high standard; when you are involved, things get accomplished. What Success Looks Like

NECESSARY SKILLS

KICK OFF PERIOD

  • Be willing to work hard and go through the kickoff.

ONBOARDING

  • Align with the team and contribute to Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
  • Collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
  • Organize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; maintain data integrity across Statlas.
  • Execute Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts, including Growth maps and data analysis for maps; align marketing calendar with clients; track daily execution vs forecasts.
  • Lead strategic pivots and tests to beat best-performing campaigns; maintain ideology and processes; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets for KPIs.

QUALITY OF WORK

  • Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast; daily client alignment with forecast and strategy; ensure high client satisfaction; follow Prophet system execution on schedule.

Client Communication

  • Champion client communication; ensure team clarity with exact deadlines; send daily performance updates; align strategy and forecast with clients daily; provide weekly strategy call updates.

NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS

  • Communication: Fluent English, persuasive, clear presentation; high emotional intelligence;
  • Data analysis: strong raw talent, familiarity with Google Sheets, and willingness to learn advanced skills on the job.

Past Experience

  • Broad experience across domains (mathematics, data analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.).

Impact

Salary and Growth

  • First month: $2,000
  • Second month: $4,000
  • Third month (on average): $7,000
  • 1st Year: $64,000-$76,000
  • 2nd Year: $100,000-$120,000

This will depend on the number of clients and quality of work.

  • Fully remote with flexible scheduling; autonomy as a core value; regular 1:1 feedback and measurable quality benchmarks; weekly accountability check-ins.
