Financial reporting & compliance
- Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements,
- Preparation of reports and statements for external institutions and authorities,
- Reporting to the Capital Group and directly to the Finance Director,
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data,
- Participation in annual audits and preparation of required documentation,
- Verification of compliance with current tax and accounting regulations,
- Participation in creating and updating the company’s accounting policies.
Accounting operations oversight
- Supervision of accounting processes, including transaction booking,
- Oversight of sales invoicing (domestic transactions, intra‑EU supply, export),
- Supervision of cost accounting and fixed asset records,
- Management of month‑end and quarter‑end closing processes in line with Group guidelines,
- Approval and preparation of bank transfers,
- Supervision of the preparation of tax declarations (VAT, CIT, WHT).
Financial management & leadership
- Contribution to financial planning, budgeting, and strategic development,
- Organization and leadership of the finance/accounting department,
- Close cooperation with other business units within the company.
Professional knowledge & education
- Very good and up‑to‑date knowledge of tax regulations and the Accounting Act,
- University degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent professional experience,
- Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

- Excellent work organization and ability to set priorities.
- High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to tasks.
- Initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team.
