Our Client, a globally renowned company, is looking for a Head of Finance to join their Finance team.

The small EU Finance team are responsible for end-to-end accounting for European entities as well as close cooperation with external vendors on an international scale.

As the Head of Finance, you would be monitoring all the accounting and commercial finance processes and acting as an expert in all related matters.

The Warsaw team work in a hybrid mode (2-3 days a week from the offices).

Your tasks will include:

• supervising and motivating your team, allocating their tasks
• preparing budgets and periodic forecasting, in cooperation with key stakeholders
• finance and business controlling
• cash flow and P&L management
• statutory compliance

Your qualifications & skills:

• solid experience in accounting and commercial finance
• very good English (B2+/C1)
• experience leading small teams
• SAP nice to have
