responsibilities :
technology strategy management: Shaping and enhancing our IT service portfolio to deliver increasing value for our customes,
customer advisory & support: Acting as a trusted advisor to help customers select optimal technology solutions while driving company profitability,
project delivery & management: Building and strengthening customer relationships through strategic up-selling and cross-selling,
team leadership: Supporting daily operations, driving professional development, and certifying specialists to maintain excellence in execution,
cross-department collaboration: Partnering with sales, marketing, and business leaders to attract and grow customer accounts,
mentorship & coaching: Guiding teams toward professional success while aligning efforts with key business objectives,
financial oversight: Managing budgets, analyzing project profitability, and ensuring financial targets are achieved.
requirements-expected :
proven experience in roles such as Head of Engineering, Technology/Delivery Management, or CTO,
broad knowledge of software development practices with the ability to craft effective action plans,
strong business acumen and the capability to translate customer needs into impactful IT solutions (experience in the financial industry is an advantage),
expertise in Data & Analytics-related technologies,
a track record of building and managing teams within a matrix organization,
exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills,
experience in P&L management and profitability analysis,
fluency in English (C1 level), with demonstrated ability to conduct impactful business dialogues.
