Define and lead the groupwide eCommerce strategy, aligned with CHC growth ambitions, brand priorities, and consumer trends.
Set and deliver eCommerce revenue and profit targets across geographies, categories, and platforms.
Ensure strong execution of eCommerce strategies in priority markets through direct collaboration, capability support, and progress tracking.
Lead the development, deployment, and adoption of digital platforms that support eCommerce performance (e.g., content management, analytics dashboards, PIM).
Enable data-led decision-making and real-time performance steering across global and local teams.
Design and implement scalable capability-building programs across markets, including trainings, onboarding, playbooks, workshops.
Build a strong internal eCommerce community focused on collaboration, best-practice sharing, and market upskilling.
Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and rapid knowledge transfer to accelerate local impact and global maturity.
Ensure seamless integration of eCommerce into CHC’s omnichannel marketing and commercial ecosystem.
Align closely with Brand, Digital, Media, Shopper Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver unified consumer experiences and consistent brand presence across touchpoints.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
10+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or commercial leadership in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or consumer healthcare industries
Demonstrated success in delivering eCommerce growth, scaling digital platforms, and leading market execution.
Proven experience in omnichannel marketing and digital transformation across complex organizations.
