Role Overview

Are you a creative and ambitious individual passionate about data-driven analysis and the e-commerce world? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for an e-commerce manager to manage our online sales channel. This role will involve strategic planning and a strong analytical mindset to optimize the brands e-commerce platform and ensure great quality of data in the company.

The role will collaborate closely with the CEO and the rest of the management team. We are looking for a people person with a great work ethic and, above all, a positive attitude.

What You Will Do

• Help to develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with the companys overall business goals. This includes setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and defining digital marketing campaigns.
• Leverage modern data analytics and performance tracking tools to measure KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage e-commerce platform integrations, ensuring seamless connections between inventory management, Shopify, and ERP systems.
• Forecast demand and work with the production and operation team to ensure the right inventory levels.
• Work with the logistics department to ensure smooth delivery of goods to clients.
• Manage digital marketing data and own relationships with digital marketing agencies.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a track record of impacting revenue growth.
• Expertise in Shopify, including performance optimization and app integrations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to analyze business performance and drive strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of independently driving initiatives while collaborating across departments.
• Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience in the apparel and fashion industry or other relevant retail fields is a great advantage.
