What youll be doing

  • Track key Amazon KPIs, analyze customer behavior and funnel performance, generate actionable insights, and share them across departments.
  • Set sales targets, manage forecasting and budgeting, and own revenue and margin performance through your team.
  • Lead the strategic use of Amazon and external marketing tools (Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, etc.) and guide the PPC team in campaign planning, execution and performance optimization.
  • Maintain Amazon account health, resolve issues quickly and stay compliant with Amazon policies.
  • Delegate monitoring of reviews, returns and NCX metrics to your team, using their reports to identify product issues and align with R&D and Marketing on improvements.
  • Audit traffic, conversion, pricing and content; identify growth drivers and under‑performance causes, and implement changes in advertising and marketing strategies to close gaps.
  • Create structure for listings, A+, Brand Stores and Brand Stories to ensure high click‑through rate and conversion.

What were looking for

  • Deep expertise in developing, budgeting and scaling the entire suite of Amazon Advertising campaigns to achieve aggressive growth targets and channel profitability.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Helium10, DataDive, DataRova, JungleScout, Sellerise/Sellerboard, Brand Analytics and Product Opportunity Explorer.
  • In‑depth knowledge of deals, coupons, promotions, discounts and brand‑tailored promotions and their impact on ranking, revenue and margins.
  • Strong command of key metrics tracking, customer behaviour insights, marketing funnel analysis and competitor analysis; ability to implement strategies that increase revenue and margin profit.
  • Forecast sales volume and plan margin profitability based on competitor analysis, market opportunities and performance data.
  • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central operations, account health metrics and policy adherence (ODR, NCX, Late Shipment Rate, etc.).

Additional skills wed love to see

  • Strategic planning, optimization and scaling for profitability; experience with influence marketing, affiliate marketing or running ads via Meta, Google Ads, Bing, TikTok Shop.
  • Experience with Amazon Experiments (A/B testing for titles, images, A+), tools like PickFu and/or ProductPinion.
  • Implementation of Agile methodologies to manage cross‑functional Amazon teams using sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospective reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Setting clear KPIs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring fast, iterative execution across PPC, content, analytics and customer support functions.
