We’re looking for a Head of Digital Delivery — someone who combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of all digital projects, ensuring our creative and technical teams work seamlessly together to deliver outstanding results. Lead and optimise digital project delivery across web, product, and creative tech projects. Oversee project managers and production teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met. Create efficient, scalable delivery processes and frameworks. Manage resourcing, budgets, and delivery metrics across multiple concurrent projects. Partner with creative, technology, and client teams to translate ideas into executable plans. Champion delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and team collaboration. 6+ years’ experience in digital delivery or project management within an agency or consultancy. ~ Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams. ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English C1+). ~ Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. ~ Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer). ~ Familiarity with delivery tools such as JIRA or Confluence. A senior role shaping Rhapsody’s digital operations and delivery excellence. Hybrid working model — minimum two days per week in our Warsaw office (Politechnika metro).
