Position Overview:

For our client, an international Energy Group managing many GWs of own RES operational assets worldwide, we are currently seeking for Head of Development for their Polish operations. This position is a crucial bridge between structure in headquarters and team of Project Development Managers in Poland, with a goal to deliver their advanced wind projects (capacities exceeding 150MW each) in assumed timeline and budget. Whole companys portfolio is being developed to later on become constructed and operated by our client.

In this role you would:

1. supervise and manage development of whole wind energy portfolio in Poland
2. coordinate work of subordinate team of Project Development Managers
3. closely cooperate with Country Manager, Development Team, Engineering Team in HQ
4. report to local Country Manager and HQ
5. create further strategy for companys development in Poland

For this role you should have:

1. Significant and proven track record in RES project development management
2. Current and up-to-date experience within development of Wind Projects in Poland
3. Engineering education is an asset
4. Proactive approach and openness for corporate work culture
5. Predispositions or experience in managing people
6. Fully communicative English language
