Job description

At STX Next, we take pride in the quality of services we deliver to our customers. We are looking for a Head of Delivery who isn’t just a manager, but a true business owner. You will be responsible for the P&L of a large portfolio, bridging the gap between high-level account strategy and execution excellence.
If you are a master of "extreme ownership", have a sharp analytical mind, and know how to foster strong relationships within a team-oriented environment, we want to meet you.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT services management, extensive account management, and a proven track record with international and Polish corporate clients.
  • Extreme Ownership: It comes naturally to you to take responsibility for everything in your orbit.
  • Business & Analytical Mindset: You understand the numbers and can ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Communication: Excellent command of both English and Polish (written and spoken) and a talent for building bridges between technical teams and business stakeholders. Fluency in German is a plus.
  • Grit: You are not afraid of making hard decisions and are highly responsive when the situation demands it.
  • Team Spirit: You are easy-going, creative in finding improvements, and a true team player.
