,[Strategic P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for a portfolio of 20+ clients, managing the bottom line and driving profitability., Client Partnership: Build and maintain great relationships with your clients (including regular travels) and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)., Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with Account and Country Managers to build account plans and manage strategic investments., Operational Excellence: Lead client escalations, monitor team budget utilisation, and manage upsells / cross-sells within your portfolio., Growth Mindset: Proactively explore new business opportunities within your existing portfolio to drive expansion., Team Power: Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
