Take full ownership of delivery governance within the MEA region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and standards. Serve as the main delivery liaison for strategic clients and internal partners,
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing transparent communication on delivery status and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value. Collaborate with account teams on cross-selling and upselling initiatives,
Operational Performance:
Oversee delivery KPIs, quality standards, and continuous improvement programs. Manage and resolve escalations effectively while sustaining high levels of client satisfaction,
People Leadership:
Lead, coach, and support Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and multidisciplinary teams. Promote a culture focused on responsibility, teamwork, and innovation,
Financial Oversight:
Be accountable for regional delivery budgets, forecasting, and overall profitability,
Work Model:
Flexible work arrangement with the option to work remotely or from the office; on-site presence at least once per month is preferred.
