Head of Data Team (M/F) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Operating system Windows Your responsibilities The purpose of this role is to ensure a consistent, reliable, and integrated data environment across the Region by consolidating information from multiple areas and sources. The person in this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining data processes and reports that support key stakeholders, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and availability of data, and resolving ongoing issues related to data processing. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities — it includes overseeing the team and guiding data-related initiatives, as well as active involvement in operational tasks such as report creation, employee support, and process optimization. * Managing and Expanding Data IT team located in different countries of the Region; * Overseeing the integration of data into the enterprise data warehouse, collaboration with department heads to ensure accurate and relevant reporting data; * Acting as the main point of contact for communication with EA branches and external suppliers regarding the development and maintenance of the data warehouse; * Participation in the development of unified reporting tools, statistics and dashboards across whole EE Unit; * Working closely with the IT department to continuously improve automation, efficiency, and the quality of reported information; * Overseeing the administration of the MSSQL database, including the design, creation and maintenance of data structures necessary for reporting; * Ensuring accurate and timely generation of daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and analyses for all EA departments, as well as reports based on Helpdesk requests; * Taking direct responsibility for meeting deadlines for regular statistical reports sent to business partners; * Ensuring consistency and correctness of all statistical output. Our requirements Experience with automation and process optimization in reporting environments; Advanced knowledge in Data Warehouse designs and ETL processes; Proven experience in Data Warehouse management and MSSQL database administration; Advanced SQL expertise, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning; Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure-based SQL solutions (Azure SQL Database/instance (PaaS), Data Factory); Reporting using SQL, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI reporting; Process automation using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); Additional scripting Power shell, php etc.; Proficiency in creating business presentations and statistical summaries; Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy; Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and cross-departmental settings; Ability to manage multiple reporting streams and prioritize tasks effectively; Fluent in English (spoken and written) Optional Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate). Experience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
