• Your role will also involve identifying optimization opportunities and providing business recommendations based on analyses and reports that have a tangible impact on company performance. Additionally, you will oversee the development of analytical tools and processes, including the implementation of solutions that automate data acquisition and analysis to streamline business operations.

• Creating and implementing an innovative analytics strategy that actively supports the achievement of business goals and the company’s growth
• Managing a dynamic team of analysts, fostering their development, and ensuring the highest standard of analyses that translate into tangible results
• Collaborating closely with the executive team and key departments to jointly develop and execute a data-driven strategy that supports organizational transformation
• Co-creating data collection and processing workflows, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency to maximize business value
• Developing and implementing best practices in data analytics, process optimization, and advanced analysis to set industry standards
• Regularly monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making

• You have at least 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• You excel at inspiring your team and setting goals and directions in a dynamic environment
• You see developing others as your mission, finding satisfaction in sharing knowledge and helping your team fully realize its potential
• You have advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and R, as well as visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI, and you know how to fully leverage their capabilities to generate valuable insights
• You have experience working with large datasets and complex analytical processes—not only analyzing data but also creating structures and workflows that deliver measurable results
• You think strategically and always act with business goals in mind—connecting data analysis with the specific needs of the company and recommending solutions that support its growth
• Data-driven decision-making is your forte—you can not only identify key insights but also implement them in ways that deliver tangible benefits
• Your outstanding communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various teams, building trust and mutual understanding, which facilitates smooth project execution
• Your English proficiency is at least B2 level, allowing you to communicate confidently both in speech and writing
