We are currently supporting one of our international clients in the recruitment process for the position of Head of Customer Service. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing global standards for customer service and customer supply chain engagement, as well as driving cost-to-serve optimization and productivity improvements across markets.
It’s a strategic and transformation-driven position — ideal for a leader who combines operational experience with process and business acumen, and who has successfully built or scaled global SSC structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement global standards for Customer Service and Customer Supply Chain processes
- Optimize cost-to-serve and improve order-to-cash efficiency
- Support global transformation initiatives (ERP, automation, digitalization)
- Collaborate with internal and external partners at a global level
- Lead, develop, and inspire teams in an international environment
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in people management
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service
- Previous experience in an international organization within the Supply Chain or Logistics area
- Experience working in an international organizational structure
- Proven track record in managing global processes or SSC environment
- Availability to work from the office twice a week (hybrid model)
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strategic mindset with strong change management and end-to-end process design skills
