Based in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde (Lower Austria), Ultimate Europe is part of a successful international group with additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China, and Australia. We specialize in the development, sale, and service of gangways, automatic door systems , and interior fittings for rail vehicles. We are seeking a new employee at our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.

Your Tasks:

1. Technical and disciplinary management of the service team, including mentoring
2. Development of evaluations to increase customer satisfaction
3. Supporting sales in preparing and handling offers for refurbishment projects
4. Optimizing workflows through digitization (CRM, etc.)
5. Establishing and developing know-how among subordinate employees
6. Collaborating with other departments

Your Skills:

1. Completed technical education
2. Experience in the electrical or metal industry
3. Excellent knowledge of German and English
4. At least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management and leadership roles
5. Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation
6. Willingness to travel
