Our client is one of the leading companies in the iGaming / Gaming industry (Gambling & Casinos), providing various sportsbook, casino and eSports services for Central European and Eastern European markets (CEE market), Poland in particular.
As they are rapidly expanding, they are now looking to hire a top talented CRM expert to be their new Head of CRM, and to add value to the business with unique and ahead of time ideas, knowledge and practice.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer relationships with existing and new customers through CRM systems
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Develop and implement marketing techniques and strategies that will drive new customers
- Manage the Registrations, Retention, Activation, Reactivation, depositing and other CRM strategies
- Top line management of Acquisition strategies
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
- Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Head of CRM, Director of CRM, CRM Manager or similar role for an iGaming business or equivalent
- Experience in land-based or online gambling business is a must
- Proficiency in Polish language is a must
- Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and principles - particularly customer life-cycle touch-points such as email, SMS, push notifications and more
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
- An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- BSc in Marketing or relevant field is a big plus
Location - ideally Poland (flexible remote).
The position will be flexible for remote work, with:
- Two months onboarding period at the office in order to get a hold of the business, work environments and best practices.
- Occasional business trips to the office HQ (a few days per month).
