Lead, inspire, evolve the CRM team to promote Brand expansion;
Be responsible for strategic promotional planning: developing, planning and implementing promotions and campaigns;
Drive strategic requirements for best practice retention, loyalty tools, and processes;
Influence CRM product road maps to ensure the team has the required tools and features to execute promotions;
Ensure that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost-effective, relevant, and when applicable aligned with other marketing and product initiatives;
Design, plan, execute, and measure a road map of tests across communication channels in order to meet revenue targets and improve the customer experience;
Analyse and optimize campaign performance, reporting on the effectiveness of CRM activities to the stakeholders.
We need your professional experience:
2 years work experience in a strategic CRM role;
Experience with advanced Marketing Automation tools such as Saleseforce, Optimove, Solitics is highly desirable;
Interest and knowledge of Casino games and/or sports betting is highly desirable;
Level of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
