Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement cost management strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead the preparation of accurate project budgets and estimates.
3. Implement robust measures to monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
4. Evaluate and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
5. Conduct detailed financial analyses and prepare regular reports for senior management.
6. Identify and assess financial risks associated with construction projects.
7. Foster effective communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field.
2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in relevant software for cost estimation and financial analysis.
5. RCIS Membership.
6. Polish speaking ability.
7. Understanding of Polish legislation.
