You are an experienced, dynamic and forward‑thinking leader to join the CTO group, executing on the technology strategy towards a simplified and future‑proof tech landscape with a focus on providing IT operations to our platform’s technology teams that support the business groups.
This position requires a broad understanding of technology, and more comprehensive knowledge of ITIL & DevSecOps, Infrastructure and Cloud Architectures. The technical skills need to be partnered with a drive to automate the process and operations within the bank to simplify the IT operations. It also requires significant leadership skills. This role will report to the CTO.

The Head of IT Operations will lead a team of 300+ people across the Nordics, India and Poland and will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s IT operations practices to deliver the always‑on services across the bank as well as driving the BizDevSecOps culture across application development and infrastructure platforms. You as the Leader, play a key role in developing and supporting your team members to reach their aspirations and unleash their full potential.
