Head of Content / Social Media & Copywriting Team Lead
Your responsibilities
- Designing and implementing international digital and social media strategies that aligns with the organization's goals, target audience, and market trends.
- Defining the brand's voice, messaging, and editorial standards.
- Overseeing the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta), including international content strategy, communication engagement, copywriting, and content creation.
- Ownership for content through all channels.
- Analysing key performance metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign outcomes (in terms of channel development).
- Managing the creation of exceptional content, sourced either locally or from external resources.
- Managing the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business strategies.
- Continuously generating creative ideas to complement and localize global portfolios with diverse stories and experiences.
- Website content management supervision.
- Managing freelancers.
- Monitoring the market and new digital trends.
- Cross-team and cross-functional collaboration with interfaces such as performance and brand marketing, as well as designers and other international colleagues in ff.
- Building and managing a content team, including copywriters, editors, social media managers, strategists; providing mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional development.
- Manage the content budget, allocating resources effectively for content production and promotion.
- Oversee technology investments related to content management and distribution.
- Supporting other colleagues/areas in meeting their needs within communication and copywriting
Our requirements
- The resume should be written in English
- Min. 5-years of experience within social media and content management in a similar role, preferably in FMCG/E-Commerce (agency experience is an advantage).
- Editorial background.
- Excellent English and German language skills, Polish is an advantage.
- Leadership and team development experience.
- Strong content strategy development experience.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Open to travel (Poland, Germany).
- Ability to work in a changing, fast growing business environment.
