Head of Compensation and Benefits Miejsce pracy: Kraków Recruitment for For one of our clients, we are seeking a highly motivated Head of Compensation and Benefits. Your responsibilities Build, lead, and mentor the Compensation & Benefits team, fostering expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead and own the global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, talent strategy, and organizational values. Oversee and drive the annual compensation and benefits review cycle, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and long-term incentive programs. Define and monitor pay equity, pay transparency, and fair pay frameworks, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. Design, implement, and continuously develop job architecture and job family frameworks across the organization. Provide strategic oversight of benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits offerings. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive management on compensation-related topics, including workforce planning, cost optimization, and retention strategies. Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management related to compensation and benefits policies and practices. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of employee benefits programs, balancing employee needs, market trends, and cost efficiency. Manage and develop compensation & benefits policies, guidelines, and communication strategies to ensure clarity and transparency across the organization. Provide advanced analytics, reporting, and insights to support data-driven decision-making at leadership and board level. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated people solutions. Employer requirements Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field 8–12 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including leadership responsibility, preferably in financial services, asset management, or a complex international environment. Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation strategies, job architecture, and incentive schemes at an organizational level. Deep knowledge of compensation-related regulations, pay transparency directives, and best market practices. Strong strategic thinking skills combined with excellent analytical and numerical capabilities. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Experience in leading and developing teams, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Advanced level of English. German language will be an asset.
