As the Commercial Strategy & SRGM Lead for CEE, you will spearhead the implementation of Strategic Revenue Growth Management initiatives to drive profitable growth. You’ll uncover key commercial business questions, use advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, and drive decision‑making across the local business. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, both within CEE and across Europe, as you embed tools and processes that enable insight‑driven action.
We’re looking for someone with significant experience, ideally gained within FMCG or a similar sector. Your expertise is important, but we also value passion and a growth mindset.
