The Regional Product & Client Solutions (rPCS) organisation drives strategic alignment and commercial excellence across EUI. This team focuses on elevating product and client solution strategy across the GBS region, ensuring consistent go-to-market excellence. RPCS partners closely with EU markets to surface opportunities, streamline product adoption, and drive incremental revenue. Through close collaboration with sales and product stakeholders, the team brings clarity, cohesion, and commercial momentum to the region.
The Head of Client Solutions is a strategic leadership role reporting operationally to the Group Vertical Director (GVD) and functionally to the rPCS Lead. The role is responsible for driving executional excellence across assigned verticals, ensuring high-quality client engagements, operational consistency, and measurable impact on revenue growth. The Head of Client Solutions is a trusted leader and advisor to both internal teams and external partners, embedding best practices and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

The base monthly pay range for this position in the selected city is 12183 PLN to 28500 PLN.
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
