Identify existing brands with the strongest potential for international rollout.
Work with local markets to co-develop market entry strategies, adapting for regulatory, cultural, and commercial realities.
Facilitate transfer of knowledge, frameworks, and best practices from global/market to market, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and activation.
Support countries during execution, acting as a strategic partner to ensure alignment, problem-solving, and launch excellence.
Identify high-potential consumer segments through insights and trends analysis.
Lead the creation of new brand platforms for these categories, including positioning, brand architecture, and value proposition.
Develop the full go-to-market strategy for each new brand and category, including business case, portfolio, pricing, channel models, and activation approach.
Co-develop launch and scale-up plans with local markets, ensuring adaptation to consumer, channel, and regulatory realities.
Partner cross-functionally (R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Marketing, Sales) to accelerate new platform delivery.
Support M&A and partnership strategies to accelerate entry into new categories and markets.
Build and lead a global venture development team with strong strategic, entrepreneurial, and commercial skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
10+ years’ experience in brand development, new business development, category creation, and geographic expansion.
Strong background in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or related consumer-driven industries.
International experience across multiple markets, and in global or regional positions.
Track record in P&L responsibility, innovation, and business scaling.
