Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Business Growth to lead the Business Growth department for Motors Consumers across four markets: Poland, Romania, Portugal, and Ukraine. Consumer segment refers to individuals who use our platform’s services to buy or sell vehicles. This is a senior leadership role with a direct impact on revenue, customer engagement, and market expansion. You will shape strategy, oversee execution, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver tangible results across diverse international markets.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Drive growth by achieving revenue goals and key performance metrics across all markets;
  • Lead strategy projects that unlock opportunities in customer segments and strengthen our position;
  • Execute with excellence on business initiatives — from growing listings in priority categories to launching tactical campaigns;
  • Collaborate and innovate with product, marketing, analytics, and sales to build smarter, faster ways of working;
  • Build strong collaborations with business partners and stakeholders across our four core markets;
  • Launch new ideas that turn into successful business initiatives with real impact;
  • Build and lead a team that thrives on engagement, ownership, and performance.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Experience: 5+ years in Category Management, Business Development, Business Strategy, or Go-To-Market roles, with proven leadership responsibilities;
  • People leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and inspiring teams;
  • Skills: Strong project management, sharp analytical mindset, outstanding communication abilities that can inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders;
  • Tools: Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides to prepare business cases and presentations;
  • Languages: Fluent in English;
  • Flexibility: Open to international travel.
