Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
- Report on marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Brand Marketing should have:
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- A proven track record in managing marketing teams within the sectors Retail, Consumer Goods
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills
- Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and market trends
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics tools
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
