We are looking for Head of Away from Home to lead and manage Away from Home team and build long‑term strategy for the channel.
Key ingredients
- Creating integrated long‑term Away from Home strategy for the Polish Business Unit – product development, marketing & sales, budget and team management;
- Executing launches of new products based on long‑term plans;
- Translating long‑term strategy into annual operational plans both in area of marketing and sales including setting and monitoring KPI’s for the Away from Home Team;
- Planning activations based on the annual plans in accordance with the yearly budget in order to deliver it;
- Delivering sales plans in respective channels (both quantitative and qualitative way);
- Negotiating optimal trade conditions with respective customers;
- Managing main customers in Away from Home business and building relationships with key stakeholders ensuring Joint Value Plans are in place;
- Networking within industry in order to secure all business opportunities;
- Cooperation with peers from EMEA zone across different functions;
- Working closely with other business units to expand cross‑selling opportunities;
- Leading and motivating the Away from Home sales & marketing team through effective guidance and mentoring.

- University degree (preferred in: management, marketing, economics or similar);
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales positions preferably in FMCG sector;
- Working with internal international structure – preferably EU zone;
- Strong managerial skills (total team up to 15 people);
- Very good knowledge of Polish FMCG (experience with Away from Home / HoReCa market will be a plus);
- Very good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent numerical and verbal skills;
- Very good negotiation, budget management and strong analytical thinking skills;
- Team player and team leader;
- Highly motivated, opened to change and able to work under the time pressure.
