At Noda we’re building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster, and safer. We’re now looking for a Head of Analytics who is fully hands‑on and ready to drive both operational and managerial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Building operational and management reporting.
- Organizing the work of the analytics department (3 ppl).
- Collaboration with stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- SQL (advanced level).
- Python (data processing, automation, and analytics).
- Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, and self‑service analytics).
- Proven experience building and leading an analytics team.
- Ability to design, own, and maintain operational and management reporting.
- Experience working with complex datasets, data pipelines, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
